A Blogthusiasm NaBloPoMo March 2010 installment of the strange…

Blog or Twitter? How do you communicate online?

News is, blogging may have peaked. Some report that it is possible that the young who were prevalent in blogging have been replaced by a mature audience. At the same time a large group of users have flocked to Twitter and similar.

Is this news? Really, I’m finding it hard to believe that anyone can be reading a newspaper or looking up phone numbers in a phone book these days and already there is a group of human beings that are looking for the next social network to replace one yet to die out.

Meanwhile, what does that say of anyone who hasn’t made the leap to the newest, fastest and shortest method of social networking? Are you dating yourself? Have you disclosed your level of social media abilities?

If you want to stay competitive in the online world, there is a good chance you will need to find someone a decade younger than you and stalk them. Join the same forums, social media sites etc. I mean, do they really think they can hide once they get to Twitter?
